1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to JLCCAN. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the JLCCAN website at jlccan.com, including all related subdomains, content, services, and features available through the website (collectively, the "Site").
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Site.
These Terms apply in addition to our Privacy Policy and End User License Agreement (EULA), which are incorporated herein by reference. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the EULA regarding the use of JLCCAN, a SOLIDWORKS add-in, the EULA shall prevail.
2. Account Registration
To use JLCCAN, a SOLIDWORKS add-in, you need to create an account and activate the software. When you register for an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including your username, email address, password, and country.
- Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and not share them with any third party.
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
You may also sign in using third-party services such as Google or Apple. By using a third-party sign-in, you authorize us to access and use certain account information from that service in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or if your account poses a security or legal risk.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, documentation, and the overall design and layout of the Site (collectively, "Content"), is owned by JLCPCB, its affiliates, or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
SOLIDWORKS® is a registered trademark of Dassault Systèmes. JLCCAN is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Dassault Systèmes. All other trademarks mentioned on the Site are the property of their respective owners.
You may view, download, and print Content from the Site solely for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you retain all copyright and proprietary notices. Any other use of the Content without our prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site, its servers, or networks.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any other systems or networks connected to the Site.
- Use any automated means, including robots, spiders, scrapers, or data mining tools, to access, collect, or monitor any portion of the Site without our express written consent.

If you submit, post, or transmit any content to the Site, including but not limited to comments, feedback, suggestions, or other materials ("User Submissions"), you grant JLCPCB a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Submissions for any purpose related to the Site and our Services.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all User Submissions you provide, and that such User Submissions do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.
We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor, review, or remove any User Submissions at our sole discretion.
6. Software Downloads
Any software made available for download from the Site, including JLCCAN, a SOLIDWORKS add-in, is licensed to you subject to the terms of the End User License Agreement (EULA). Your download and use of such software is governed exclusively by the EULA, not by these Terms.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that JLCPCB shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with your use of or reliance on any such third-party content, goods, or services.
Reference to any third-party product, service, or website does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by JLCPCB.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all content, materials, and services provided through the Site are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JLCPCB disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
JLCPCB does not warrant that:
- The Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
- The Content on the Site is accurate, complete, reliable, or current.
- Any errors or defects in the Site will be corrected.
- The Site is free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JLCPCB, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Site, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if JLCPCB has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JLCPCB, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site, with or without notice and for any reason, including without limitation your breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers of warranties, limitations of liability, and indemnification.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on the Site and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Site.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the competent courts of Hong Kong.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to achieve the intended purpose to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and EULA, constitute the entire agreement between you and JLCPCB regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals relating thereto.
